Description: Unidades Hidrográficas del Perú, segun R.M. Nº 033-2008-AG, divididos y codificados con el método Pfafstetter. Escala 1:1'800,000 La informacion fue proporcionada por el MINISTERIO DE AGRICULTURA segun OFICIO N° 221-2009-ANA-SG/DGCCI El Mapa contiene unidades de tipo cuenca -en gran mayoría- incluyendo las intercuencas de mayor tamaño en el Amazonas y la Intercuenca Ramis en el Titicaca. Pacífico : 62 Cuencas Amazonas : 39 Cuencas y 45 Intercuencas Titicaca : 12 Cuencas y una intercuenca Estas unidades fueron seleccionadas, en primer lugar, por su importancia en estudios de evaluación e inventario de los recursos naturales (deviene de las cuencas determinadas por la Oficina Nacional de Evaluación de Recursos Naturales - 1980); en segundo lugar, por la ubicación que ellas representan respecto a la unidad mayor a la que pertenecen, por el cual estas unidades podrán ser identificadas por su código y nombre. El número de dígitos corresponderá al nivel de jerarquía que se encuentre la unidad. TOPOLOGIA: Poligonos. No DE ELEMENTOS: 231 poligonos. FUENTE DE LA INFORMACION GRAFICA: Unidades hidrograficas generadas a escala 1:100 000, utilizando la Cartografia Digital Base del Instituto Geografico Nacional (IGN).
